Expression Web Includes Add-On
The makers of Pane Manager are offering a new FREE add-on for Expression Web released Include - which adds back the include page functionality into Expression Web. It may be download from Pane Manager.

If you downloaded an earlier version of this FREE Add-On, instead of the above screenshot, yours may look like this image with many instances of the include Page Menu item (outlined in green)
To correct this:
Step 1 - Uninstall the Include Add- On Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs
There still will be some leftover Include Page listings. To get rid of them:
Step 2 - Right Click in the Menu bar area (File Edit View....) | Customize | Rearrange Commands

Step 3 - With Menu Bar checked | Choose Insert | Include Page | Delete all Extras. Be careful if you have other Add-Ons installed not to delete any of the Include Page Commands that might be part of that Add-On (like the second example (Screenshot 2) pictured above outlined in red.)

Step 4 - Once you have finished cleaning up the leftover listings from the original install, install the newest version you have downloaded from Pane Manager. Place the cursor where you want the include inserted Insert | Include Page | Choose the include Page | OK

The top right tutorials index is the include I just inserted. Now you have back the ease of inserting your includes.
